TERMS OF SERVICES
!! READ THIS BEFORE COMMISIONING ME !!When you commission me, you are automatically accepting my T.O.S so please read this carefully before you commission me. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please don't hesistate to contact me. Not knowing about my T.O.S doesn't excludes you from following them!
PAYMENTS, WIPS AND REFUNDS
• Payments are made upfront through VGen only
• Work starts after payment is confirmed
• I will send WIPs (work in progress) during the process
• Up to 3 revisions during sketch stage
• Minor changes allowed later
• Major changes = extra fee
• No refunds once I started working
• Refunds allowed if I haven’t started yet
• Special cases may be considered (personal issues)
• Full refund if I cancel the commission
DEADLINES
• Queue-based system (first come, first served)
• Simpler commissions may be completed earlierEstimated time:
• Sketch / Lineart → up to 1 week
• Flat color / Render → 1–2 weeks
• Complex work → up to 1 month• No rush orders
• Time may vary depending on complexity
• No reply in 48h → commission will be put on hold
ARTWORK RIGHTS AND PERSONAL USE
• I retain full rights to the artwork
• Personal use is allowed (social media, pfp, etc.)
• Credit is required (@miciusckacke89)• Commercial use requires an extra fee• You may edit the artwork for personal use
• You may draw over or modify it (personal use only)
• If the commission is delivered as sketch/lineart, you are allowed to color it🚫 NOT ALLOWED:
• Using the artwork as a base/template for commissions, YCH, or any form of paid work
• Selling or profiting from the artwork or edited versions without permission
• Claiming the artwork or edited versions as your own
• No NFT or AI usage allowed
BLACKLIST
I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a commission at any time if my Terms of Service are not respected.I may also decline or discontinue working with a client for personal or professional reasons, to maintain a safe and respectful workspace.The following situations may result in being blacklisted:• Failure to follow my Terms of Service
• Repeated disrespect towards my boundaries, time, or policies
• No response for an extended period (over one month) during an active commission
• Payment without providing the necessary information to proceed
• Behavior or situations that may negatively affect my work or reputationBeing blacklisted means you will not be able to commission me again in the future.
